Refund policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible via email.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
• Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable, as materials will have been prepared and the place may be difficult to fill at short notice.

If your child is unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer the booking to another young person within the appropriate age range.

We do need a minimum number of children to sign up to a class, currently 5 people.

In the unlikely event that The Makery Nook needs to cancel a workshop, a full refund or alternative booking date will be offered.
