These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit and use our website and we assume by doing so, you accept those printed here.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it, either in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.

  • We take every care in the preparation of the content of this website, especially ensuring products and services have been properly described and that the prices quoted are correct at time of posting. 
  • Although we try to give as much accurate information as we can about our products and services, we must add that they are given on the understanding that they are for guidance and, therefore, any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website and we shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
  • All our items are subject to availability. We task ourselves to inform you as soon as possible if the goods or services you have ordered are not available and you have the right to cancel if a suitable revised availability date is offered and found to be unacceptable to you.
  • You can correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on ‘Place Order’ during the ordering process.
  • We will charge you for payment upon receipt of your order, unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days.
  • If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account, then we can cancel the contract and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
  • We require an email address to accompany your placed order, which will allow us to provide you with a confirmation of your booking.
  • You have a legal right to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible via the contact us page.
    • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
    • Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable, as materials will have been prepared and the place may be difficult to fill at short notice.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

This website, any content contained therein, and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

DISCLAIMERS

We cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors, although we do our best to prevent them. We do encourage everyone to keep their virus protection up to date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for any computer problems or other damage caused by using the site.

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
